Dietary Service Manager
The Care Center of Dequincy is seeking to find a Dietary Manager.
High school diploma and previous kitchen and/or management experience required.
We offer onsite training and assist in providing with a dietary manager certification.
Long term care or acute care nutritional assessment experience preferred.
Responsible for the overall management and operation of the department; including budget control, personnel management, food production, sanitation, and equipment operation.
